A geothermal loop works like a cave — about 67–69°F below 20–30 feet of North Texas soil, no matter what the weather does. Your system simply trades heat with that steady temperature instead of fighting the outdoor air.

The dark Blackland Prairie clay under most of DFW holds moisture and conducts heat well — ideal ground for a loop field. Our rigs drill this exact clay-and-limestone column every week, so bore depths and loop sizing aren't guesswork.
